港式牛腩面
在香港吃的牛腩又香又酥,入口即化的感觉,那股浓浓香郁的味道久久不能忘怀,相比在深圳吃过的牛腩,味道更加的纯净,含在口中,满满的牛肉香味,一点不复杂,想着那味道,自己试着做了这道牛腩面,感觉8分相似,不错~~~~~

    Steps to make 港式牛腩面

    • 1.牛腩飞水备用
    • 2.锅内放少许油,加入姜片爆香,随即放入牛腩中火翻炒,加白糖、生抽、八角不停的翻炒,直至炒出香味,每块牛腩均匀上色为止
    • 3.待牛腩炒至颜色变深,香味飘出的时候加入少许老抽上色,加开水没过牛腩,放入干辣椒,大火煮十分钟,转小火慢慢焖煮至酥烂为止;
    • 4.白萝卜切块,在锅内炒至表面金黄色捞出备用,炒过的白萝卜焖煮时不容易煮烂
    • 5.牛腩焖煮得酥烂时加入萝卜再煮十分钟左右,即可出锅
    • 6.面煮好放入碗中,倒入煮好的牛腩,撒上葱花,加自己喜欢的调料拌好即可
