  • 1.鸭肉清洗干净。
  • 2.冬菜。
  • 3.鸭肉加料酒焯水后洗干净,切几片姜(把鸭皮及肥油去掉)。
  • 4.冬菜,腌制品,独特的香味,这品牌的没沙免洗,大约十克左右。
  • 5.将所有食材全部放入瓦煲里添加适量的开水,(约8碗水)。
  • 6.中火烧开后转小火煲一小时。
  • 7.煲好的汤,因冬菜本的就有咸味所以不需要另外调味。
