芝麻红薯脆条的做法(烤箱做脆条)

  • 蛋黄1个

Steps to make 芝麻红薯脆条的做法(烤箱做脆条)

  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2.红薯切块蒸熟
  • 3.用叉子将煮熟的红薯捣成泥状,放凉备用
  • 4.黄油室温放软,再切成小块放入低筋面粉中
  • 5.带上手套,用手(或是用叉子)把黄油和面粉混合成沙粒状,注意不要让黄油融化
  • 6.加入盐、糖、红薯泥拌匀成面团
  • 7.面团放入保鲜袋中(这样擀起来不会粘黏),擀成约3mm厚的长方形薄片
  • 8.在擀好的长方形面团表面刷上一层蛋黄液(蛋黄1个+水1大勺),均匀地撒上黑白芝麻,切成等宽的条状
  • 9.烤箱铺上油纸
  • 10.再将它们排列在上面,烤箱170度预热10分钟
  • 11.放入预热好的烤箱,中上层、上下火模式,170度烘烤约35分钟,烤好之后不要立即取出,留在烤箱内焖至完全变凉(烘烤时间和温度仅供参考)
  • 12.出炉咯
