  • 1.准备好所有的食材。
  • 2.把薏米用清水浸泡放入微波炉高火2分钟。
  • 3.把所有的果脯都切成小丁备用。
  • 4.薏米取出可用手碾压,能碾压成粉末就好了。
  • 5.汤锅中加入500毫升清水,加入白糖。
  • 6.再把薏米倒入煮开撇去上面的浮沫。
  • 7.加入蜜枣丁煮上2分钟。
  • 8.再把其他的果脯倒入继续煮开。
  • 9.倒入水淀粉搅拌均匀。
  • 10.再次滚开关火,喝的时候浇上一勺糖桂花即好。
