这次用了柏翠的新款静音面包机来试水,看到群里好多人在说试用这机器的时候遇到了问题,我收到的这台机器还好,暂时没发现什么问题,试做了一个一键式面包,感觉还不错。跟以前的面包机相比,我用的功能3和风面包,最后烘烤时间为35分钟,比以往的面包机降低了5-10分,所以成品没有厚皮,表面也柔软,上次还均匀,这种效果确实让人挺满意的。

  • 牛奶135g
  • 蛋液40g

  • 干酵母3g
  • 20g
  • 黄油27g
  • 蔓越莓干20g

Steps to make 蔓越莓面包

  • 1.先放蛋液和牛奶。
  • 2.再放糖,把盐放在糖对面。
  • 3.加入高粉,把酵母放在面粉上面。
  • 4.蔓越莓干直接放到自动投料盒里,盖好。
  • 5.把面包机内胆放入面包机中,左右扭动,卡紧。
  • 6.使用功能3和风面包,时间为3小时,选择重量为500克,烧色为浅。然后点击启动键。
  • 7.程序进行5分钟后,面团已成型,放入略软化的黄油。时间进行到2:15时,果料盒会自动打开,自动洒果料。
  • 8.可以根据液晶屏幕上的显示,了解面团进行到了哪一步,指示条刚弹到烘烤时,这时候在面包表面刷上一层蛋液。
