笋块烧肉
春天就是吃笋的时候,上次吃了不够解馋,这个大块烧肉,好豪爽的感觉了,再来瓶啤酒,嘿嘿有没有像山里人的感觉呀\(^o^)/~。

  • 猪肉1000g
  • 香菇两个
  • 蒜头4瓣
  • 生姜一块
  • 干辣椒5个
  • 海天柱候酱两勺
  • 海天老抽两滴
  • 一勺
  • 酱油一勺
  • 鸡精少许

Steps to make 笋块烧肉

  • 1.新鲜笋买回来要泡水,去涩味。
  • 2.买的是肘子肉,皮刮干净毛毛拔干净,然后切小块备用。竹笋切小块,锅放水加点盐烧开,把竹笋放进去煮一下,再把香菇放进去泡发。
  • 3.竹笋冲洗干净沥干水。泡发好的香菇切两半。蒜头拍扁。干辣椒掰段。生姜刮洗干净,拍扁。
  • 4.锅放油,把干辣椒段、蒜头、生姜炒香。
  • 5.再把猪肉放进去炒。
  • 6.肉肉炒得有点干干的,放两勺海天柱候酱。
  • 7.再放两滴海天老抽,一勺盐一勺海天金标酱油翻炒。
  • 8.再把笋块倒进去炒。
  • 9.再把所有材料倒进高压锅里,煮到高压锅响5分钟即可关火,加压后才开盖。
  • 10.再倒进炒锅里放少许鸡精,然后收干汁即可出锅。
  • 11.加一瓶啤酒就可以开动了O(∩_∩)O。
