鲜虾番茄鸡蛋面
今天是我最好的朋友的生日,本来是想邀请她来家里,亲自品尝属于她的长寿面~可惜这丫头感冒,告诉我什么味道都尝不出来,又懒得动~我只好送上图图给她过个生日啦~

Steps to make 鲜虾番茄鸡蛋面

  • 1.材料如图
  • 2.葱姜切碎
  • 3.大虾去壳,留一部分虾尾
  • 4.划开虾背,去掉泥线
  • 5.油菜洗净
  • 6.鸡蛋打散备用
  • 7.西红柿用开水烫一下,去皮,切成小块
  • 8.锅中倒入油,放入虾壳,用小火炸出虾油,然后捞出
  • 9.放入葱姜爆锅
  • 10.加入番茄,压碎,用中小火熬一会
  • 11.加入适量水,烧开
  • 12.放入面条
  • 13.放入虾
  • 14.虾变色后加入油菜
  • 15.最后加入鸡蛋打散 出锅前放入盐,香油即可
