沙煲狮子头
在这阴雨绵绵的天气里,宅在家里为家人做一顿美餐,会扫除阴霾,心情晴朗哦。我家小猪下单要吃狮子头,想起不久前在【人气美食】里教过的做法,正好试试了。最后的步骤我把用清炖改为油炸后再用沙煲鸡汤炖的,味道好得呐!

  • 马蹄4个
  • 油菜心4颗
  • 鸡蛋一个

Steps to make 沙煲狮子头

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.分别将肥肉瘦肉切成小粒,马蹄去皮切粒,葱姜切粒。
  • 3.将切好的材料放进大碗里,加入调料,边加水边顺时搅拌。
  • 4.并用手抓起肉泥摔打上劲。
  • 5.抓起一大把肉泥,两只手倒来倒去,团成一个大丸子。
  • 6.依次团好4个。
  • 7.坐锅,倒入足量油,烧至七成热,下入肉丸炸定型。
  • 8.炸至金黄色捞出,依次做好4个。
  • 9.将油倒出,放入姜末煸香,加入鸡汤化开。
  • 10.倒入沙煲中,再放入炸好的肉丸,加少许生抽小火炖30分钟。
  • 11.洗净油菜心备用。
  • 12.将油菜心加入炖好的狮子头里,煮软即可。
