杏梅果脯
老公从老家带回来的杏梅,没熟透,酸酸涩涩的,放了2个周,也只有几个变软的有点甜。
给做成果脯吧,有白糖的加盟,好吃了很多。

  • 白糖300g
  • 柠檬半个

Steps to make 杏梅果脯

  • 1.取杏梅。
  • 2.洗净。
  • 3.晾干水分。
  • 4.沿中间综切,一拧,一边的果肉就取下来了,另一边一扣,果核就拿掉了。
  • 5.每个果子分成4瓣。
  • 6.放白糖拌匀。
  • 7.全部果肉都裹满了白糖。
  • 8.放一边腌制2小时后的样子。
  • 9.放锅里。
  • 10.放纯净水。
  • 11.煮开锅2分钟,这时候觉得不甜的话可以继续加白糖。
  • 12.把煮软的果肉摆盘。
  • 13.入烤箱。
  • 14.100度上管加空烤,90分钟。
  • 15.有点果脯初步的样子了吧。
  • 16.下管90度烤90分钟。
  • 17.烤完的果肉是这样。
  • 18.基本就是果脯了,只是稍微软了些。
  • 19.放通风处晾晒一天。
  • 20.成品。
