黑美人巧克力月饼
用了我最爱的月饼模花纹,做了我最爱的月饼。对于巧克力,我有一种无法言语的热爱,总喜欢试试各种含巧克力的美食。这款巧克力月饼,做过一次之后就爱上了。巧克力的微苦加上红豆沙的香甜,融合得天衣无缝,一切是那么的完美,仿佛天生就该如此一样。方子来自晓廷爱烘焙。

  • 好时巧克力酱100g
  • 低筋面粉120g
  • 花生油38g
  • 红豆沙560g
  • 可可粉5g

Steps to make 黑美人巧克力月饼

  • 1.将花生油倒入巧克力酱中,用手动打蛋器搅拌均匀。
  • 2.筛入低粉和可可粉,翻拌均匀,即做成巧克力月饼皮。
  • 3.将月饼皮分成每个15g的剂子,搓圆备用。
  • 4.红豆沙分成35g一份,搓圆备用。
  • 5.取出一个月饼皮剂子,将其压扁,在饼皮中间放上馅料。翻过来,将皮收一下,让它紧贴着馅料。
  • 6.一手大拇指按住馅料,另一手虎口往上推饼皮,使它紧贴着馅料并慢慢地往上爬。
  • 7.最后收口,并将其滚圆。
  • 8.将月饼全部包好,取出月饼模,卡入花片。
  • 9.将月饼面团搓成圆柱形,放入月饼模中,稍微压一下,这样转移的时候就不会掉下来。
  • 10.月饼模连带面团转移到烤盘上,竖起月饼模,稍加用力按压。
  • 11.轻轻提起月饼模,一个月饼就压制成型啦。
  • 12.所有月饼都按照这个方法压好。(压月饼之前可以开始预热烤箱,上下火200℃)。
  • 13.将全部印好的月饼连带烤盘送入预热好的烤箱,上下火180℃,中层,烘烤15分钟。
  • 14.做好的月饼晾凉之后密封起来,隔天回油之后才可以吃哦!
  • 15.不用枧水,不用糖浆,简单快手。
