Steps to make 白贝蒸蛋

  • 1.鲜白贝买回洗净,放热水里焯熟。
  • 2.焯过水后的白贝,也顺便把杂质清干净。
  • 3.两个鸡蛋打成蛋液。
  • 4.以1:1的比例在蛋液里加入凉开水。
  • 5.水和蛋液搅匀。
  • 6.倒入平底的碟子里,摆好焯过水的白贝。
  • 7.放入刚焖熟米饭的电饭锅中约6分钟。因为电饭锅是个很密封的容器,所以不用担心蒸蛋不会熟。
  • 8.约6分钟后取出,嫩滑度刚好的白贝蒸蛋,淋入一些香油和蒸鱼豉油,鲜美嫩滑。
