Steps to make 蒸紫薯饼

1.蒸熟紫薯加棉糖，压碎。![]()
2.加切丁的红枣，葡萄干。![]()
3.加糯米粉和适量温水，揉成面团。![]()
4.取适量，可以做成窝窝头状，也可以不做型状，直接揉个小圆。![]()
5.我用的是立体饼干模具，做的兔子型状。![]()
6.直接中火蒸15分钟，即可。
