  • 橄榄油60克
  • 牛奶60克

Steps to make 紫薯戚风蛋糕(六寸心形)

  • 1.紫薯隔水蒸熟掏泥过筛好备用(也可以用搅拌机搅拌过筛。不过筛也可以的)看个人喜欢
  • 2.蛋黄蛋清分开备用
  • 3.蛋黄加入橄榄油
  • 4.再加入牛奶和糖打匀
  • 5.打好的蛋黄筛入低粉和紫薯泥拌匀后备用。蛋清分三次加糖打至干性发泡
  • 6.取三分一的蛋白和蛋黄糊迅速拌匀
  • 7.把拌好的糊倒入剩下的蛋白里迅速拌匀
  • 8.拌好的糊倒入磨具里,抹平、磕两下去气,烤箱150。上下火预热,中层烤60分钟即可,取出磕两下倒扣至冷却徒手脱磨即可享受美味了!
