Steps to make 什锦肉丁

  • 1.猪肉洗净切成丁、胡萝卜去皮洗净切成丁、香菇切丁、红辣椒切圈、姜切丝、青豆去外衣冲洗干净备用。
  • 2.肉丁放入小碗加胡椒粉、姜丝鸡精拌匀码味。
  • 3.青豆入沸水中煮熟。
  • 4.胡萝卜丁入沸水中稍焯。
  • 5.炒锅加油烧热下入肉丁滑至肉变色即可捞出。
  • 6.盛出少许油下红辣椒煸炒出辣味。
  • 7.再下入红萝卜丁、肉丁、青豆、香菇翻炒至熟。
  • 8.最后加盐调味出锅装盘。
