啤酒药膳鸭
鸭子佐以当归,党参,黄芪和啤酒一起用砂锅煲,淡酒能让药性充分发散开,吃起来酒香中带着淡淡中药味道,慢慢会出一层薄汗,感觉整个身体都暖融融的,非常适合经常坐空调房的上班族,具有祛风除湿的功效,且属于凉补类,不会燥热,老少皆宜。
煲鸭子煲得满屋子飘香,酒香混合淡淡药香,还没吃就醉了*~

  • 当归5g
  • 党参5g

Steps to make 啤酒药膳鸭

  • 1.新鲜鸭子半只,我是晚上买的鸭子,预备第二天煲,所以用料酒和姜片腌制了一晚上,对于当天买鸭子当天炖的亲,这一步可省略。
  • 2.一个小个的洋葱切片,大葱切片,铺在砂锅底部,避免鸭子皮粘锅
  • 3.准备好当归,党参,黄芪,八角,桂皮,香叶,蒜瓣,大葱片,姜片,干红辣椒备用
  • 4.把腌制鸭子的料酒和姜片都去掉不用,把鸭子放进砂锅里面,把当归,党参,黄芪放在鸭子肚子下面压住,然后下入所有刚才准备的香料:八角,桂皮,香叶,蒜瓣,姜片,大葱片
  • 5.加入4罐啤酒,每罐啤酒大概300毫升
  • 6.加入适量老抽,胡椒粉,盐,糖,大火烧开后转小火煲1小时
  • 7.煲1小时后,放入切好的香菇,把汤汁用汤勺在鸭子上浇几遍,继续小火煲1小时
  • 8.小火煲后大火收汁至汤汁浓稠,调入适量蘑菇精调味,直接把砂锅端上桌开吃啦~
