猴头菇小饼干(附猴头菇粉的做法)
猴头菇有“山珍猴头、海味鱼翅”之称,具有养胃和中的功效,提高免疫力、抗肿瘤、抗衰老、降血脂等多种生理功能。

Steps to make 猴头菇小饼干(附猴头菇粉的做法)

  • 1.先做猴头菇粉~~ 干猴头菇2朵浸泡水里,我浸泡了一天一夜,中途换水,去掉黄水。
  • 2.猴头菇挤干水,撕小朵,放进铺了锡箔纸的烤盘里。
  • 3.放进烤箱155度,全火,中层,烤40分钟。(我中途把猴头菇又撕小了些)
  • 4.烤干的猴头菇放进搅拌机搅碎。
  • 5.我称了一下,18克,搅拌机里残余的猴头菇粉不要浪费了,倒些开水喝,养胃的呢。
  • 6.猴头菇饼干做法: 称好黄油120克,加棉糖70克,装进无水的大碗里。
  • 7.隔着热水座热,让黄油软化。
  • 8.用打蛋器低速打发黄油至颜色变浅。
  • 9.鸡蛋液慢慢分次加入黄油中,低速打。
  • 10.打至鸡蛋液与黄油充分融合。
  • 11.加入过筛了2次的低筋面粉200克和猴头菇粉18克。
  • 12.揉成面团。
  • 13.面团有点粘,不要紧,它会越来越干的;用保鲜袋装适量面团,用模具压。
  • 14.撕掉保鲜袋,取出压好的形状,放进铺了锡箔纸的烤盘上。
  • 15.剩下的面团可以直接在案板上擀平压形状了。
  • 16.我烤了三盘,全火,放中层,160度,薄点的饼干烤10分钟,厚点的烤15分钟。要随时看烤箱哦,千万别烤过头了。
  • 17.尝尝,很酥脆,很好吃哦~冷却后,用盒子密封保存。
