五彩虾仁粥

  • 1.准备好所有食材,虾仁去皮挑除虾线洗干净,把蔬菜都切好。
  • 2.锅里加清水。

  • 4.然后加入红黄色胡萝卜和玉米粒(有青豆也可以加),在煮十分钟。
  • 5.加入虾仁煮两分钟即可(虾仁也可以切成小节),煮时间长了虾仁就柴了,口感就不好了。
  • 6.关火加生菜叶和盐调味即可(喜欢香油也可以加)。
