糖醋排骨
做法简单,好吃到停不下来。

第二天上班带饭,早上来不及,只能头一天做好。刚出锅的排骨,那香味实在勾人。看着眼馋,跟老公俩人忍不住一人吃了两块,暂且过个小瘾。

  • 肋排1斤左右
  • 料酒1勺
  • 生抽2勺
  • 白糖3勺
  • 米醋4勺+少量
  • 老抽少量

Steps to make 糖醋排骨

  • 1.排骨洗干净后凉水下锅,滴几滴料酒。
  • 2.锅开后,捞出排骨,清水冲净备用。
  • 3.调糖醋汁:1勺料酒、2勺生抽、3勺白糖、4勺米醋。
  • 4.热锅凉油,放入冰糖。
  • 5.冰糖溶解呈焦糖色后,迅速倒入排骨,翻炒上色至微微焦黄。
  • 6.放入葱姜,翻炒出香味。
  • 7.倒入糖醋汁,加入热水淹没排骨,盖锅盖大火煮开,改小火炖约约40分钟。
  • 8.揭开锅盖,大火收汁。
  • 9.收至差不多时,放入少量老抽上色,锅边滴入几滴米醋提味,按口味放入适量盐(或不放)。
  • 10.盛到盘中,撒上熟白芝麻粒。上桌喽!是不是看着就很有食欲呀。
