原味千层可丽饼

  • 白砂糖15g
  • 黄油20g
  • 低筋面粉160g
  • 玉米淀粉10g
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 淡奶油250g
  • 白砂糖25g

Steps to make 原味千层可丽饼

  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2.低筋面粉和玉米淀粉过筛备用
  • 3.将鸡蛋、白砂糖搅拌均匀
  • 4.再倒入牛奶拌匀
  • 5.把过筛的低筋面粉和玉米淀粉倒入步骤3中充分拌匀
  • 6.黄油隔水融化
  • 7.倒入面糊中搅拌匀,再过筛两次
  • 8.用保鲜膜封好,放入冰箱冷藏半小时
  • 9.将淡奶油加糖打发好放冰箱备用
  • 10.将面糊从冰箱取出,用勺子搅拌一下,平底锅底擦一遍黄油,烧热后调小火,用小的勺子盛一勺进锅里,用手端起锅快速的晃至满锅均匀。待熟后出锅凉在烤网上,后面的面糊依次这样操作
  • 11.待饼皮晾凉后就可以准备涂抹奶油,首先将一块可丽饼放在垫有油纸的转盘上,用抹刀涂上少量奶油,(不用太厚)然后再覆盖一张可丽饼,再涂抹奶油,重复操作,最好表面盖上可丽饼即可
  • 12.做好的千层可丽饼放入冰箱冷藏2小时,再进行切片食用
