Steps to make 剁椒鱼头

  • 1.大鱼头洗净用盐、葱姜料酒腌渍半个小时,冲洗干净,控干水分待用。
  • 2.葱白、小米辣、姜、蒜全部切碎备用。
  • 3.取一个碗,盛半碗剁辣椒。
  • 4.调入白糖、胡椒粉。
  • 5.把切好的葱姜蒜、小米辣碎放在剁辣椒上,淋上热油。
  • 6.淋少许生抽,把剁辣椒搅拌均匀。
  • 7.香葱叶切碎待用。
  • 8.蒸锅上火烧开,放上鱼头。把剁辣椒均匀的摊在鱼头上。
  • 9.只鱼头太大,足足蒸了二十分钟。
  • 10.另起锅烧油,把香葱碎洒在鱼头上,淋上热油。
