莲子猪肚汤
今天做的这道莲子猪肚汤,我和家人都特别喜欢。莲子能清热降火,特别是对于心火旺盛的人尤其有效,经常吃莲子能降心火、清心安神,还能有效的调理口舌生疮。
莲子还能降血压,促进睡眠等等。莲子还善于补五脏不足,通利十二经脉气血,使气血畅而不腐。莲子没有任何的副作用,一般的人都可以食用。猪肚自古以来就是补脾胃的良方。
猪肚中含有大量的钙、钾、钠、镁、铁等元素和维生素A、维生素E、蛋白质、脂肪等成分,具有补虚损、健脾胃的功效,适用于气血虚损、身体瘦弱者食用。猪肚不但营养丰富,还能烹调出各种美食,也深受大家的喜欢。

Steps to make 莲子猪肚汤

  • 1.猪肚先用食用油搓洗一遍,,再用面粉搓洗,接着用料酒和盐搓洗干净,再用滚烫的开水烫一遍,然后再清洗干净切成块。
  • 2.莲子洗净用冷水浸泡半个小时。(我买的是没有莲芯的,如果煲汤用有莲芯的会苦,会影响汤的口感)。
  • 3.当归和枸杞冲洗干净,生姜去皮切片待用。
  • 4.锅里放入半锅水烧开,放入15g姜片,再放入猪肚,焯3分钟捞起来,再冲洗干净待用。
  • 5.把清洗干净的猪肚放入砂锅里。
  • 6.倒入浸泡好的莲子,连同浸泡的水一起倒入,再放入剩下的15g姜片和当归。
  • 7.倒入冷水,水量不要太满,砂锅的九分满就可以。大火把汤煮开,转小火炖一个小时。
  • 8.炖好放入适量盐,继续再炖10分钟。
  • 9.放入适量鸡精调匀,再倒入枸杞,煮30秒就可以关火了。
