Steps to make 无淀粉鸡肉肠

  • 1.备料。
  • 2.鸡胸肉切块,豌豆焯水,胡萝卜切碎。
  • 3.鸡肉和调料全部入绞肉桶中。
  • 4.搅打成泥,倒胡萝卜碎搅打1分钟。
  • 5.鸡肉出胶、有光泽,肉泥挂在刮刀上不易垂落。
  • 6.加豌豆,用刮刀搅拌均匀即可。
  • 7.肉泥入裱花袋中,香肠模具洗净并沥干水。
  • 8.肉泥挤入模具中,表面抹平或者抹成圆弧状均可。
  • 9.盖上模具盖子。
  • 10.入热蒸锅,大火蒸15分钟,出锅后倒掉沥出的汤汁。
  • 11.扣脱模即可食用;剩下的肉泥重新挤入模具中蒸熟。
