Steps to make 拌脱衣花生

  • 1.花生泡一下水,皮软后一颗颗的把皮剥去。用搓的方式再剥更快,就是容易成两瓣~这道工序最折磨人了!刚剥好的花生颜色有点油浸色。
  • 2.最关键的一步来了!剥好的花生淘洗干净,加纯净水放冰箱里泡两到三天,每天记得换一次水!
  • 3.泡好后的花生,成了白白净净的大胖子了,颜值爆表。
  • 4.提前准备姜蒜。
  • 5.剁细后用鲜开水泡至少半小时。
  • 6.其它配料。
  • 7.黄瓜胡萝卜切丁放点盐腌约十五分钟,腌好后冲洗一下沥干水份备用(我的胡萝卜是焯了水的,腌的更脆更好吃),鸡蛋干清洗一下切丁,小葱切花,小米椒和葱白放一起。
  • 8.注意各主配料的工序时间,完成后主配料倒在一起,把葱白和小米椒倒入姜蒜水的小碗,再依次加入适量盐、生抽、醋、白糖、熟油辣子、味精、鸡精、花椒粉。
  • 9.调料和匀后倒在主配料上面。
  • 10.炼过的熟菜油入锅烧至七成热后淋在上面。
  • 11.洒上葱花和匀。
  • 12.大功告成。
  • 13.味道不错。
  • 14.配上泡豇豆牛肉末,南瓜绿豆汤,巴适得板。
