  • 1.大虾洗净,去须、去虾线、开背洗净控水加少量黄酒腌制3分钟去腥;
  • 2.大葱、小葱切段,姜切片;
  • 3.炒锅热油,下入部分大葱段、姜片爆香;
  • 4.下入大虾大火翻炒;
  • 5.加入适量生抽、老抽、盐、糖翻炒片刻,盖盖焖2-3分钟;
  • 6.出锅前加入另一半葱段大火翻炒1分钟;
  • 7.出锅装盘,色泽诱人,口感鲜香。
