慕斯蛋糕组合
想吃摹斯蛋糕就安排上。草莓口味的脱模小失败,蛋糕模具不够高加了纸,到底用吹风吹完脱模还是粘掉了边。原想做个两层的摞起来,但草莓边脱模不完整了,就分开弄了。用了六寸与四寸两个蛋糕模具。

  • 蛋糕底2片
  • 草莓泥150g
  • 芒果泥240g
  • 牛奶100g
  • 白糖100g
  • 吉利丁片4片
  • 淡奶油350g(草莓味150g,芒果味200g)
  • 80g
  • 香橙味QQ糖50g
  • 草莓QQ糖50g
  • 黑天天几串

Steps to make 慕斯蛋糕组合

  • 1.备好食材。
  • 2.吉利丁片(各2片)泡软,各加50g牛奶隔热水融化,晾凉。
  • 3.草莓加1份吉利丁液、白糖50g搅成奶昔液。
  • 4.淡奶油150g加白糖15g打发这个状态。
  • 5.和奶昔拌匀。
  • 6.蛋糕片用碗扣着切个圆,边上放草莓片。
  • 7.倒入草莓慕斯液,入冰箱冷藏1小时。
  • 8.芒果也如此操作,只是芒果的用了六寸模具,草莓四寸的。
  • 9.草莓QQ糖加水40g,隔热水融化,晾凉。橙味QQ糖也这么操作,只是多加了40g芒果泥隔水融化时候。
  • 10.1小时从冰箱拿出,摆上芒果花,草莓,黑天天装饰。
  • 11.倒入QQ糖液,入冰箱冷藏过宿。
  • 12.第二天拿出,用电吹风轻轻吹边,下面垫个杯子,轻向上推,脱模。
  • 13.成品。
