  豆浆是凉性的,而人体的胃肠等倾向于寒性,所以单纯喝豆浆是难以吸收的。但是油条是热性的,这两种东西配合在一起,那会中和了,肠胃就比较容易吸收其中的营养了。

  1.豆浆中含有大豆皂甙、异黄酮、大豆低聚糖等具有显著保健功能的特殊保健因子。
2.豆浆含有丰富的植物蛋白,磷脂,维生素B1.B2,烟酸和铁、钙等矿物质,尤其是钙的含量,虽不及豆腐高,但比其他任何乳类都丰富。
