  • 酱油30克
  • 辣椒酱20克

Steps to make 香辣孜然羊肉串

  • 1.配菜清洗干净备用。
  • 2.羊肉、洋葱、黄椒、红椒、青椒分别切小块,留一半洋葱和姜分别切丝。
  • 3.洋葱丝,姜丝放入羊肉里,加入料酒,酱油。
  • 4.加入辣椒酱。
  • 5.打入一个鸡蛋清,放入盐、孜然粉。
  • 6.撒入辣椒粉。
  • 7.淋入少许食用油,带上一次性手套揉抓均匀后盖上保鲜膜腌制半小时。
  • 8.竹签提前放水里泡下,把腌制好的羊肉和彩椒穿成串。空气炸锅提前预热好,肉串放入炸篮里,200度烤15分钟。
  • 9.烤至中途把肉串翻一下面,撒上孜然粉和辣椒粉再次烤至时间结束即可。
  • 10.成品图。
