秋梨膏
立秋后,饮食需要做出调整,降燥的食物象莲藕,红豆,梨子等当为首选,加之女儿最近一直有点不爽,总是小咳,做这个秋梨膏也是为了方便饮用。

Steps to make 秋梨膏

  • 1.材料图
  • 2.姜切细丝儿
  • 3.借助剪刀等工具将红枣去核
  • 4.梨子用刨丝器刨成细丝
  • 5.用手提式搅拌器把梨丝打成梨绒
  • 6.全部打好后将红枣姜丝同梨糊一起放锅中煮,中火慢慢的煮半小时到五十分钟,中间要及时翻动,避免糊底。
  • 7.煮好后过滤出梨汁
  • 8.出的汁儿还挺多汤汁,比我想象的要多。
  • 9.将滤出的梨汁用布再过一次
  • 10.用布把渣子再挤一次,充分挤出梨汁。
  • 11.再次加热梨汁,倒入冰糖,耐着性子慢慢的煮吧,中间要注意观察,我用了一个半小时。
  • 12.煮至汤汁减少,锅中出现满锅的泡泡时,转小火并不停搅动。
  • 13.用勺子舀起梨汁,能挂在勺子上,形如蜂蜜时关火
  • 14.放凉后加入蜂蜜搅均匀即成存于冰箱中,吃时用温开水冲淡即可。
