  • 1.准备的原料。
  • 2.昆布剪小块,清水泡2小时,直接熬煮1小时成汤。
  • 3.加入木鱼花再烧一刻钟。
  • 4.将汤的里面的食材全部捞出,留汤待用。
  • 5.猴头菇泡发。
  • 6.萝卜去皮切片,猴头菇切片。(猴头菇片多过几遍清水)
  • 7.萝卜片汆水,再过凉水。
  • 8.将汆好的萝卜和猴头菇加入熬好的汤中烧开再小火煮半小时。
  • 9.将勺将虾滑下进汤锅中,加少许的盐调味。
  • 10.再次烧开,虾滑浮起就可以。
