自制蓝莓果酱

Steps to make 自制蓝莓果酱

  • 1.蓝莓洗干净沥水
  • 2.蓝莓倒入锅中开小火先加入一半的糖
  • 3.用锅铲搅拌均匀
  • 4.等到全部糖融化出果汁再加入剩下的糖转中大火
  • 5.烧至果汁越来越多挤入新鲜的柠檬汁
  • 6.不停的搅拌
  • 7.果酱越来越浓稠
  • 8.取一碗倒入少量的水滴几滴果酱,如果果酱没有快速化开说明已经好了
  • 9.关火放凉
  • 10.装入高温消过毒的密封玻璃瓶中
  • 11.抹在面包上味道美极了~
  • 12.盖上盖子放入冰箱冷藏尽量在短时间内食用完
