凉拌肘花
最近我家迷上这道凉拌菜,都是家常最普通的食材,荤素搭配超简单,凉拌时加点花生酱,太香了,老人孩子都爱吃。重要的是这菜好吃易做,爽口不腻,还有润肺、和胃、润燥、滑肠等多种作用。

Steps to make 凉拌肘花

  • 1.准备食材:黄瓜洗净,带皮吃的黄瓜清洗方法,我常常采用面粉反复搓洗两遍,再清洗干净,最好还是去皮吃哈,然后切块,洋葱去皮洗净切丝。
  • 2.之前做好的酱肘子肉没吃完,挑选里边瘦肉部分切片。
  • 3.大蒜去皮洗净切碎,将所有食材加入到盆中,加入辣椒油、麻油、蚝油、海鲜酱油、醋、盐、糖。
  • 4.再加入两勺花生酱,拌匀。
  • 5.香菜择洗干净,切段儿,加入盆中,拌均即可装盘。
