原味香奶曲奇
家有俩宝,最近爱上烘培,好在我家俩宝都爱吃,今天又做了曲奇,这的很成功,挤出的花纹很明显,都没塌陷,我好激动啊,很兴奋的记录下我的杰作吧。

  • 黄油50克
  • 玉米淀粉35克
  • 糖粉60克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 牛奶30克

Steps to make 原味香奶曲奇

  • 1.黄油软化后搅打片刻,加入糖粉搅打均匀。
  • 2.分两次筛入低粉,用刮刀拌匀。
  • 3.加入打散的鸡蛋,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.再加入玉米淀粉拌匀。
  • 5.这时面团有点干,加入牛奶,慢慢加不要一次性倒入,看面团的软硬度。
  • 6.把拌好的面糊装入裱花带中。挤什么样的花型自己定。
  • 7.烤盘铺入油纸,挤出自己喜欢的曲奇。
  • 8.烤箱180℃提前预热5分钟右,烤13分钟左右。
  • 9.时间根据自家烤箱定。
