  • 1.红枣洗净,用厨房剪剪出果肉,去掉枣核。
  • 2.核桃仁烤熟后切碎。
  • 3.鸡蛋一只打散。
  • 4.黄油软化后加入白糖。
  • 5.打发。
  • 6.分次加入蛋液打至融合。
  • 7.加入低粉。
  • 8.加入果碎。
  • 9.翻拌成软硬适中,不粘手的面团。
  • 10.将和好的面团分成两份,整理成形,用保鲜膜包好入冰箱冷藏4小时以上。
  • 11.将冷藏好的饼干原料取出,切成1--1.5cm厚的片。
  • 12.均匀的摆在铺了油纸的烤盘上,入烤箱中层180度6--8分钟。中间翻面一层,注意观察,别烤糊了。
  • 13.香酥可口的小饼干。
