酸酸甜甜果味飘香的---香橙咕噜肉
咕噜肉又称甜酸肉或咕咾肉,是一道中国粤菜,以甜酸汁及猪肉煮成。这道菜是欧美人士最熟悉的中国菜之一,也是我最爱吃的菜之一。
咕噜肉的名称有两个传说。第一个传说指由于这道菜以甜酸汁烹调,上菜时香气四溢,令人禁不住「咕噜咕噜」地吞口水,因而得名。第二个传说是指这道菜历史悠久,故称为「古老肉」,后谐音转化成「咕噜肉」。
我特别喜欢吃咕噜肉,酸酸甜甜的很清爽。我做过菠萝咕噜肉,苹果咕噜肉 。今天用香橙做配料,做上一道香橙咕噜肉。味道浓郁,酱汁浓稠,是一道清爽开胃的下饭菜。

Steps to make 酸酸甜甜果味飘香的---香橙咕噜肉

  • 1.准备好所用食材。
  • 2.里脊肉切成片,加入料酒 盐 腌制10分钟。
  • 3.橙子去皮,切成块。
  • 4.取一碗加入番茄酱 清水 糖 白醋 淀粉 和一个橙子的橙汁 搅拌均匀成料汁。
  • 5.腌制好的肉片,加入干淀粉搅拌均匀,让每片肉都能裹上干淀粉。
  • 6.锅中注入油,烧至6成热,将裹上淀粉的肉片逐个下入油锅中。
  • 7.炸制肉片微黄,肉片熟透后捞出。
  • 8.将肉片复炸一次,捞出沥干油。
  • 9.锅中留底油,爆香葱碎。
  • 10.倒入料汁烧开。
  • 11.烧至汤汁浓缩粘稠后倒入橙块和炸好的肉片。
  • 12.快速翻炒均匀,让每块肉和橙子都能沾满料汁即可。
