Steps to make 凉拌菠菜粉丝

  • 1.备好食材。
  • 2.菠菜摘去黄叶老梗,用清水浸泡10分钟后清洗干净。

  • 4.锅中水开,少许盐和油,把粉丝放锅中焯烫1分钟,捞出过一遍凉开水。

  • 8.蒜头切末、小米辣切圈和白芝麻及熟花生米,一起放入碗中。
  • 9.食用油烧热,淋入碗中爆香拌匀;然后加入生抽、香醋、白糖、蚝油、香油和凉开水搅拌均匀;生抽蚝油都有咸味,就没在放盐了。
  • 10.最后将酸辣汁,浇上菠菜粉丝上面。
