Steps to make 德普烤箱食谱—金牛角面包

  • 1.原料这样的~~
  • 2.将德普烤箱调至快热档180度,烤制15min左右即可
  • 3.加入牛奶、鸡蛋和水慢速混合至无干粉;
  • 4.将机器改为快速,搅拌约5min至表面光滑且能拉出粗糙的薄膜;
  • 5.加入软化后的黄油和盐,搅拌至面团能拉出薄膜状即可;
  • 6.取出面团,揉圆,自然松弛10min;
  • 7.平均分割成50g一个小面团,揉圆,发酵至1倍大;
  • 8.将面团放在操作台上,搓成水滴状;
  • 9.擀开,卷起成牛角状,放入烤盘;
  • 10.最后醒发1h至体积2倍大;刷蛋液
  • 11.将德普烤箱调至快热档180度,烤制15min左右即可
