法式香煎龙利鱼意面

Steps to make 法式香煎龙利鱼意面

  • 1.水烧开下面煮5分钟,捞起沥干水分,上锅拌油炒干。
  • 2.热锅下油,加入蒜末,洋葱末,红萝卜末,肉末和番茄酱。
  • 3.炒出油脂变成番茄红油。
  • 4.龙利鱼洗净后撒上盐、黑胡椒,静止10分钟腌制入味。
  • 5.鸡蛋搅拌均匀成蛋液,蛋液倒到龙利鱼上,都抹上蛋液。
  • 6.再把抹好蛋液的龙利鱼块均匀地裹上玉米淀粉。
  • 7.平底锅烧热,倒入橄榄油,大火转至小火慢慢龙利鱼块煎至金黄。盛出龙利鱼块,放上厨房纸吸去多余的油。
  • 8.最后,意面上淋上煮好的酱汁,放上煎好的龙利鱼就可以吃啦!
