  • 砂糖40克
  • 抹茶粉10克
  • 牛奶50克
  • 吉利丁片8克
  • 酥性饼干100克
  • 黄油30克

Steps to make 抹茶蜜豆慕斯

  • 1.慕斯圈底部包好保鲜膜,放在蛋糕托盘上
  • 2.酥性饼干料理机碾碎
  • 3.加入黄油,饼干碎和黄油融合后,倒入模具,用稍平的勺子按平,放冰箱备用
  • 4.吉利丁粉用32克水泡软,倒入加热后的牛奶融化,搅匀备用
  • 5.淡奶油加砂糖及抹茶粉,电动打蛋器打至8分发,即:没有大泡,稍有纹路
  • 6.牛奶吉利丁液温热不烫手时,倒入步骤4打发好的抹茶慕斯液中拌匀
  • 7.将模具取出,在饼干层上撒上一层蜜豆,倒入一半的慕斯液,再轻轻放上一层蜜豆,再倒入全部的慕斯液,入冰箱,2个小时以上即可
  • 8.先将保鲜膜剥离,再将模具及蛋糕放在需要盛放的盘子中,用吹风机吹模具周围,吹一会儿,平稳的整的个轻提慕斯圈,如果慕斯部分仍未分离,再吹一会儿,不要吹过头,以防边缘融化。要随时平衡的整个的轻提慕斯圈,如果松动了就不用吹了
  • 9.装饰。随意装饰,可以按自己的想法做喜欢的样子,撒上抹茶粉,装饰巧克力插牌等
