  • 蒜头1个
  • 红辣椒1个
  • 香葱2棵
  • 1茶匙
  • 植物油3汤匙
  • 芝麻油1汤匙

Steps to make 蒜蓉虾

  • 1.备好材料。
  • 2.将鲜虾去头
  • 3.洗干净后从背部划开约三分之二的深度。
  • 4.香葱、红辣椒洗净备用。
  • 5.蒜头去皮剁成蒜蓉。红辣椒去籽切末。香葱切成葱花。
  • 6.不粘锅烧热放适量植物油。
  • 7.将蒜末葱花红辣椒入锅爆香,加一茶勺盐盛起。
  • 8.将开背好的鲜虾顺时针摆放。
  • 9.外围
  • 10.依次摆好。
  • 11.取小勺将爆香后的辅料塞入虾中,喷上少许水。入蒸锅蒸十分钟左右即可,淋上一茶匙芝麻油。
  • 12.大功告成啦~(是不是很有美感)
