芒果酱小面包
假日动手日 吃货不能闲着 下午茶小点心做起 也可以当做早点 口感很不错,可以试试。

  • 高粉300g
  • 酵母4g
  • 奶粉15g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 细砂糖50g
  • 130g
  • 玉米油30g
  • 2g
  • 30g
  • 芒果酱100g
  • 玉米油10g
  • 糯米粉20g

Steps to make 芒果酱小面包

  • 1.首先下盐、糖、水、鸡蛋
  • 2.奶粉、玉米油30g
  • 3.倒下高粉和酵母,进行搅揉40分钟。并进入发酵
  • 4.在搅揉的同时我们准备馅料,糯米粉和我自己做的芒果酱
  • 5.芒果酱加水30g,玉米油10g【可以在加点糖,我自己做的芒果酱就不加了】,加热后倒下糯米粉
  • 6.搅拌压匀至无粉状即可,放凉。就不要放冰箱里了
  • 7.面团发酵好,拿出排气
  • 8.分成12份,擀成舌型
  • 9.涂上一层芒果酱卷起,密合缝隙。
  • 10.封口朝下进入2发
  • 11.天气有所转凉,我用的烤箱的发酵功能。发酵至1.5只2倍大即可
  • 12.发酵完成后,烤箱设置180度上下火。中层烤制18分钟【根据自己烤箱做出调整,另外面包烤制前可以刷一层蛋液。这里我就不刷了】
  • 13.美味的面包完成
