  • 1.黑加仑洗净,用温水浸泡15分钟左右,用厨房纸巾吸干水分,去蒂。
  • 2.黄油软化后,加入砂糖打发,打至黄油颜色变浅。
  • 3.加入鸡蛋,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.低筋粉和泡打粉混合,筛入黄油中,翻拌至没有干面粉。
  • 5.倒入酸奶,加入黑加仑,翻拌均匀。
  • 6.拌好的面糊。
  • 7.将面糊装入裱花袋,挤入蛋糕模中。
  • 8.烤箱预热,170度。上下火,中层,烤40分钟左右。
