  • 1.把豆腐切薄片
  • 2.再切成细丝
  • 3.然后将豆腐丝放入清水中,让豆腐丝有一个好的形状
  • 4.瘦肉剁碎
  • 5.将肉末放入沸水焯一下水,焯成有点肉白色就捞起备用。
  • 6.再把700毫升的清水烧开加入切好丝的豆腐和焯好水的肉茸
  • 7.取一个鸡蛋清,搅拌均匀。
  • 8.将鸡蛋清慢慢倒入豆腐羹中,不断用锅铲搅拌。
  • 9.最后加入3g盐、2g糖、5g鸡汁、0.5g胡椒粉煮匀,撒上葱丝,香菜点缀即可。
