  • 1.把牛排,清洗干净,擦干水份
  • 2.用刀背,把牛排组织,敲打松
  • 3.把牛排,放入盘中
  • 4.洒上盐
  • 5.洒上迷迭香
  • 6.放入黑胡椒粉
  • 7.用手搓揉后,包上保鲜膜,腌制10分钟
  • 8.把小番茄洗干净切半,蒜瓣洗净拍扁
  • 9.热锅起油
  • 10.放入小番茄和蒜瓣,爆香
  • 11.放入腌制好的牛排
  • 12.把牛排两面,煎至变色
  • 13.放入红酒
  • 14.红酒收干,关火盛盘
  • 15.盛出上桌,即可开吃
