牛角面包

  • 南瓜泥140g
  • 鸡蛋50g
  • 奶粉20g
  • 细砂糖35g
  • 玉米油25g
  • 酵母3g
  • 细盐2g
  • 全蛋液少许
  • 白芝麻少许

Steps to make 牛角面包

  • 1.南瓜去皮切块上锅蒸熟。
  • 2.蒸熟的南瓜用料理机打成南瓜泥。
  • 3.所有材料称量好,放入盆中,和成面团。
  • 4.用力揉压面团出筋,直至扩展阶段,能拉出薄膜,盖上湿布放温暖处发酵。这可是一个体力活,不过边听音乐,边享受这过程也是开心
  • 5.发酵好的面团。
  • 6.取出面团放案板上充分按压排气,均匀分成6个小剂子。
  • 7.先擀成圆形。
  • 8.两边往里折。
  • 9.擀成长三角形。
  • 10.从长的一边开始卷,卷成牛角状。
  • 11.做好的面包胚放入烤盘中,盖上保鲜膜,进行二次发酵。(天气热,就没有放烤箱了)
  • 12.二次发酵好的面团。
  • 13.上面刷上蛋液,撒上白芝麻。放入预热好的烤箱烤制。上下火,中层,175度,20分钟.
  • 14.烤好的面团,立即出炉,放烤架上晾凉,多余的装入保鲜袋,密封保存。
  • 15.成品。
