香芋腊肠饭
炒饭每星期必吃一至两次,简单好吃!配上我们这的擂茶~我就一吃货!!

Steps to make 香芋腊肠饭

  • 1.香芋去皮洗净切丁
  • 2.红萝卜切丁,香菇泡发后切丁,蒜苗和葱花同样切好备用
  • 3.腊肠切丁备用
  • 4.炒锅放入比平时炒菜多一些的油,烧热后倒入香芋丁炸熟(这样比炒出来的香芋要脆要香)
  • 5.炸香芋的油留着炒腊肠,腊肠炒后也把油留下
  • 6.下红萝卜炒熟
  • 7.加入香菇继续炒
  • 8.接着倒入炒好的腊肠和香芋
  • 9.最后下葱花和蒜苗
  • 10.加入米饭,盐和酱油
  • 11.翻炒均匀即可(喜欢吃辣的这时可以加少许辣椒)
