Steps to make 炼乳黑芝麻满天星饼干

  • 1.准备好所有的材料...
  • 2.炼乳加入软化好的黄油。(黄油太硬的话,可以用微波炉叮十几秒.)
  • 3.搅拌均匀后筛入奶粉。慢慢搅拌均匀。
  • 4.然后筛入低筋面粉。
  • 5.接着放入黑芝麻。
  • 6.可以手揉,然后团成团....
  • 7.案板上铺一层保鲜膜,面团放上,压扁,上面再盖一层保鲜膜,擀成均匀的大片,厚度0.3cm。
  • 8.用饼干模具压出形状。随便什么形状都可以,我选择的是星星模具,剩余面团揉到一起,再擀开,继续前面步骤,直到全部压完。
  • 9.压好后依次放入烤盘里,中间适当的隔开距离。
  • 10.放入预热好的ACA烤箱中层,上火150度,下火130度,烤12分钟左右,上色满意即可。
