蜂蜜金桔酱
一种长得像一颗颗橙色宝石的水果,小小的极为可爱,不剥皮即可以食用,但是我和家人都不喜欢他的味道,但百度上说金桔全身是宝,可以增强身体的抗寒能力,防止感冒。消食化痰,生津利咽,并且和冰糖一起熬制对慢性支气管炎也有一定的治疗效果。好的食物就要变着花样来吃。果酱就是非常好的吃法,水果经过长期的熬煮所产生的果胶,营养丰富,身体更易吸收。并且果酱也是水果能长期保存的一种很好的方法!

Steps to make 蜂蜜金桔酱

  • 1.金桔用盐水浸泡半个小时,揉搓表面清洗干净,洗掉它表面的蜡质
  • 2.将金桔从中间破开,用小勺挖掉金桔籽
  • 3.把挖干净籽的金桔切成片状,或者更细的状态
  • 4.放入不锈钢锅中,倒入所有的冰糖,再加上适量的清水,水量可以刚好淹过金桔就行(因为金桔的水分较少,所以要适量加水,如果换成其他水分含量多的水果,可以不加水的)
  • 5.大火将他烧开,然后小火熬煮,煮的时候用刮刀搅拌到冰糖融化,防止粘锅
  • 6.另外一个小锅里放入玻璃布丁瓶,烧开水消菌,这样果酱存放的时间会更久一些
  • 7.这边小火一直熬煮着,直到金桔非常软,果浆变得透明,汁更浓稠就可以关火,待到降温到室温时加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀即可装入瓶中保存了
