果酱面包
这是去年做的一款面包,鸡蛋液被我不小心都用完了,就在面包胚上刷了少许的清水,出来成品还不错。

  • 高粉350克
  • 牛奶190克
  • 白糖50克
  • 酵母4克
  • 2克
  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 黄油20克

Steps to make 果酱面包

  • 1.除黄油的全部原料倒入面包桶,用后油法和好面。
  • 2.把和好的面团收圆,盖上保鲜膜温暖处发酵。
  • 3.发酵好的面团(用手指蘸少许干粉戳个洞,洞口不回缩不塌陷)
  • 4.发酵好的面团拿出排气分9等份。
  • 5.取一个面团,揉圆压扁,放一勺果酱包好。
  • 6.依次包好,间隔开放入烤盘,盖上保鲜膜2次发酵。
  • 7.在发酵好的面团上刷少许水(没有鸡蛋液了)
  • 8.烤箱预热。180度中层15-18分钟(上色后加盖锡纸)
  • 9.在太阳下拍一张。
