开胃菜——韩式辣烤年糕
最近一直在追韩剧,又一次对里面的美食感兴趣了,再加上天气越来越热没什么食欲,就做了2个比较简单又开胃的菜来慰劳自己,辣烤年糕和辣白菜豆腐汤,吃后好过瘾呐。。

  • 黄瓜1根
  • 辣白菜半根
  • 韩式辣椒酱2勺
  • 半勺
  • 白糖1勺

Steps to make 开胃菜——韩式辣烤年糕

  • 1.备好材料。
  • 2.锅中倒入水,煮沸后崽倒入年糕焯软,捞出。
  • 3.锅中倒入油烧热。
  • 4.倒入青椒翻炒下。
  • 5.再倒入黄瓜翻炒。
  • 6.最后倒入辣白菜。
  • 7.加入适量的水。
  • 8.加入辣椒酱。
  • 9.加入年糕,加入盐,糖调味,中小火熬出汁。
  • 10.烤盘里垫上一层锡箔纸,倒入年糕,180烤5分钟。
  • 11.盛出。
