  • 1.酸菜切好丝,泡一段时间,冲净。
  • 2.大骨头反复换几次清水,去除血水。
  • 3.冷水下锅,加入香叶,八角,桂皮,花椒,肉蔻,葱姜
  • 4.水开后去除浮沫,慢火煮到骨头五成熟
  • 5.下酸菜
  • 6.酸菜煮八成熟,加适量的盐,生抽,老抽
  • 7.酸菜越炖越好吃,炖熟加鸡精,关火。
